Conrad Seoul to host the 23rd Alba White Truffle Auction

Conrad Seoul will host the 23rd Alba White Truffle Auction when it is held in Korea for the first time on Sunday, November 13.   The Alba White Truffle Auction is a major event which celebrates and promotes the excellence of Italian food with support from the Piedmont region, the Italian National Tourism Commission, and the International Alba White Truffle Research Center. Staged in Atrio on Conrad Seoul’s second floor, this event will be broadcast live to global locations including in Qatar, Vienna, Singapore, and Hong Kong.   Hunted in the wild woods around the northwestern Italian city of Alba, the Alba White Truffle is globally renowned as the finest of truffles, and as a famous ingredient rated one of Europe’s three greatest delicacies. The Italian Alba White Truffle is extremely difficult to find and considered the most precious of truffles. This ensures the Alba White Truffle Auction event at Conrad Seoul will be even more special as you will be able to enjoy course dishes prepared with them, as well as purchase them on the spot during the auction.   Conrad Seoul said, “I am very happy that Conrad Seoul will host the Alba White Truffle Auction Event when it is held for the first time in Korea.
